1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to Lattice Lab's websites and collaborative visual AI workspace (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a subscription, accepting a workspace invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
3. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans, billing periods, included usage, and current prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans include a seven-day free trial unless checkout states otherwise. A payment method may be required to begin a trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, and payment-method data. Localized checkout totals may include taxes and may differ from the USD base price displayed on this website.
Usage limits reset according to the applicable plan. We may prevent additional requests after a limit is reached. We will give reasonable notice of material pricing or plan changes where required.
4. Shared workspaces
Workspace owners may invite other people as editors or viewers. Owners control membership and are responsible for sharing with appropriate recipients. Editors may change workspace content; viewers receive read-only access. Activity may identify contributors through their account name, email-derived identity, or workspace color.
Do not place information in a shared workspace unless you are authorized to disclose it. Removing a member prevents future access but does not erase copies they lawfully obtained while access was active.
5. Your content and provider services
You retain ownership of prompts, files, conversation graphs, and other content you submit. You grant Lattice Lab the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide the Service and to authorized workspace members.
When you select an AI provider, relevant prompts, context, and attachment text are sent to that provider. Provider services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit your content to both Lattice Lab and the selected provider.
6. AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is provided for assistance, not as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You must independently review output before using it or making decisions based on it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break applicable law, violate another person's rights, or process content you are not authorized to use;
- distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or disrupt the Service;
- circumvent usage limits, resell access without written permission, or use automated means that materially burden the Service;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use shared-workspace invitations deceptively.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and protect saved work, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.
9. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support. Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Lattice Lab is not responsible for decisions made from AI output, third-party provider failures, or content submitted by workspace members.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Lattice Lab's aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
