1. Current availability
The Service currently offers a free plan only. Starter, Pro, and Advanced options displayed on the website are planned offerings and cannot currently be purchased.
2. Payments and renewal
We do not currently collect subscription payments, store payment methods, or automatically renew paid plans.
3. How to cancel
There is currently no paid subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Service or request account deletion by emailing mohammad@lattice-lab.com.
4. Refund eligibility
Because payment collection is disabled, there should be no Lattice Lab subscription charge to refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with the account email, transaction date, and reason for the request.
5. Annual plans and unused time
Annual plans are not currently available for purchase.
6. Processing approved refunds
If a verified erroneous charge requires a refund, we will explain the available process and timing directly.
7. Plan changes
We will publish updated billing, cancellation, and refund terms before paid plans become available.
